Return / Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Class:

1. Cancellation one week before the course starts: Full refund is available, this policy applies to all Class.

2. Cancellation less than one week before the course starts:
   A. Private one-on-one courses: Full refund is available;
   B. Group classes canceled collectively: Full refund is available;
   C. Individual cancellation in group classes: 90% refund is available;

3. Cancellation after the course starts:
   A. Private one-on-one courses: Refund for the number of lessons not attended B. Group classes canceled collectively: Each group class member receives a refund for the number of lessons not attended
   
   C. Individual cancellation in group classes: Refund for the member leaving the group by (Number of lessons not attended - 1 / Half of the total number of people in the group class)

The following is the cancellation/withdrawal refund policy:
1. Cancellation one week before the course starts: Full refund is available. This policy applies to all courses.

B. If a group class is canceled collectively: a full refund will be given;
C. If an individual cancels during a group class: 80% of the fee will be refunded

3. Cancellation after the course starts (based on 10 lessons per course):

B. Group class cancellation: Refunds for each group class member are as follows:

C. Individual cancellations in group classes: Refunds for individual members who cancel the class are as follows:
